BATHROOM!!! CONCLUSION!!!!!!

Well as you could probably tell by the name of this blog, I am finished with the bathroom! I really enjoyed this project & I am very happy with the result.  Andy was impressed that I did as good of job as I did & finished it as quickly as I have. I am sorry it took so long to get this wrote but I was waiting until I could get everything back in place.  I replaced the nobs on the vanity & the screws that came with them were too short so I had to wait for Andy to bring me some longer ones. During the time I was waiting for new screws I hurt my back & had to wait a little longer before completing the project.
I think that my favorite part of the whole experience was when I had finished the painting & was able to turn the toilet back on & we were again able to use this bathroom; my son went to take a shower & he loves to sing in the shower made up his own little rock song about "the bathroom being back in business"! I loved it, I laughed so hard! I had no idea how much a project in the bathroom was going to affect my kids lives, but it was so worth it just to hear Wesley's song.
Here are some pics of the final result, & thank you everyone for the support & ideas & for just following along with me through this! I should also add that this entire project cost us about $7 total!!!

Unfortunately during the cleaning process of the glass doors on the cabinets I broke one of the doors.  I have not yet decided what to do about it yet but for now I'm not too concerned about it.

  1. Baby, you did a phenomenal job and I am very proud of you!

Just so all the rest of you know, I really didn't help her much at all. I helped hang the cabinets back up and I got her the longer screws for the vanity knobs and that is all! She did this all by herself and I really am impressed! :)

  5. Tammy you're awesome! I love what you did to your bathroom, what a difference! If you go to a glass shop they can replace the glass, it's generally not that expensive for a small piece of glass to get cut for you.

    Wow!

  6. Thanks, darlin! I don't know about me being awesome but I think my bathroom looks awesome! I'm not so concerned about the glass right now; I am also considering replacing the glass with wood or just not worrying about it at all for now.
